The ongoing focus is service, support, technology and customer and employee engagement. 5th GCF will gather over 30 renowned speakers and thought leaders from all around the world discussing and sharing their experience, knowledge and thoughts on the New Culture of Customer Engagement theme, over the course of entire event.
Attendees, nearly 2000 of them are expected, will have the chance to connect with their peers, participate in various workshops, breakout sessions, discussions and presentations on this event.
The 5th GCF will feature trade exhibition alongside the conference and associated social event including a welcome reception and gala dinner for our delegates.
